No. You do not need an existing teaching certification. We recommend at least 20 Pilates, yoga or dance sessions before joining.

It combines influences from Pilates, yoga, dance, Feldenkrais and other disciplines, with a stronger focus on rhythm, transitions, breath and whole-body connection.

No. Reformer and Barre are separate training modules. You can take either one, or complete both if you want to explore the Garuda Method through more than one format.

Yes. You will earn a Certificate of Completion issued by The Garuda Studio, UK and signed by your Master Trainer. The certificate allows you to teach clients using the Garuda Method covered in the training you complete.

Yes. Garuda is taught internationally, with 17+ Master Trainers and 890+ students worldwide. Garuda certifications are also recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance for continuing education credits (CECs).

Your learning continues after the course. You’ll receive 3 months of Garuda mentor support to ask questions, review your understanding and continue developing how you apply the method.
